You are purchasing an organisation licence (subscription) for this solution. Checkout quantity becomes purchased seat capacity (SeatLimit). Licence keys may be issued later as distribution inventory and do not themselves raise seat capacity. Included capabilities and role archetypes come from the published plan composition. Renewal extends the current licence term; upgrades create a new organisation licence and supersede the prior one. Downgrades are not automatic — contact support or PlatformAdmin for plan reductions. Support and AI features follow the plan’s published capabilities and any separate usage packs.
