Who can sign up during the pilot?

Organisation sponsors invited by the pilot lead. Platform SignUp only — no SSO in the pilot window.

How many users can we add?

Up to 25 users per organisation unless written approval extends the cap.

Do invites require paid seats?

No. Inviting members does not consume license seats until apps are assigned.

Payment succeeded but access is missing?

Re-login after purchase. If still blocked after 15 minutes, contact pilot support with your organisation UID and Stripe receipt.
