Annotation model

Bitmap
  → AnnotationSession (edit graph)
      → tools: Select, Crop, Redact, Rectangle, Arrow, Text, Freehand
      → Undo / Redo / Delete / Clear
  → SnapScreenEditor (preview + Expand / Precision workspace)
      → Zoom in/out, Fit, Actual size, pan
  → Flatten to PNG
  → Upload as ticket evidence

After submit: annotations are not re-opened for editing. Operators download the stored image evidence.

Precision / expanded workspace

Expand editor opens the fullscreen evidence workspace (Confirm evidence / Retake / Collapse). State is preserved across expand/collapse in the shared editor.

Privacy / redaction

Use redact tools for sensitive regions before submit.
Respect REDACTION_LIMITATIONS and never-capture helpers (hideExcludedElements).
Do not include passwords or secrets in summary/details (composer warning).
